Loud silence over parking-lot killing at 71 Thorncliffe Park

It is now nearly seven days since the shooting death of Shoaib Asakzai, 25, and the silence around the murder of this young man seems as loud as thunder. It is to be sure early in the investigation. The police have asked for witnesses to the killing but there is little else being said. The crime occurred at 6.30 in the evening and, although it was dark, it seems like very bad luck that no one saw one or more assailants. The name has been made public but there is no information about the victim. Did this seemingly well-groomed man live in Thorncliffe Park, or was he from elsewhere? His name is of Afghan origin. Is he known as part of the Canadian Afghan Islamic community? Does he have a family?

I hope he finds justice atleast. People are scared to tell even of they saw I hope someone do tells if they saw. Whatever he is he is a human and finding out culprit is an atleast one justice for family.
