Woman crane climber named by police as Marisa Lazo, 23

On Wednesday, April 26, 2017, shortly after 3 a.m., police responded to 50 Wellesley Street East for a person allegedly climbing a crane in a construction site. Subsequently, police and Toronto Fire Services attended and extricated this person from the crane. She was provided medical care in hospital. Marisa Lazo, 23, of Toronto, was arrested. She was charged with six counts of Public Mischief Interfere with Property and is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, April 27, 2017, 10 a.m.

    I’m sure the embarrasment of being on tv and the net for life is already a stiff enough penalty.

    I agree…garnish wages for the rest of her pathetic life…stupid people should jump…or be pushed next time…wish the wind came up in her Darwin waiting room;)!

    Great, more tax payers’ dollars wasted on incompetent people. Her fine SHOULD repay all of those resources used to save her but I’m sure she’ll just get a little slap on the wrist.
