Transplant pioneer Lindsay Eberhart dead at age 35

Toronto’s Lindsey Eberhart has died at the age of 35. She was an early survivor of a liver transplant done in Boston. She became a symbol of medical advancement and determination to live. Cynthia Mulligan of City News remembers the story. To the right, one of the most notorious killers in British history has died. Ian Brady’s evil relationship with Myra Hindley saw the two of them kidnap and murder five children, burying their bodies in the Saddleworth Moor near Manchester. Chillingly, Hindley provided cover for Brady. The two posed as a normal couple throughout the length of their terrible criminal perversion. Below that, five Gray Wolf Pups have been born at the Chicago Zoo. And then finally in Germany, the bizarre wreckage of trucks crushed by the giant propeller of a wind turbine.
