Principal Monday Gala will be transferred out of C. W. Jefferys Collegiate Institute in Scarborough and his two vice principals seem to be in limbo. They are the key people who were in charge when student Jeremiah Perry was permitted to leave on a canoe trip this summer even though it was known that he had failed swimming classes. CBC
