As many as 70,000 customers are still without power in Ottawa and area Sunday following two tornadoes that struck the area Friday. Hundreds of flood victims and people whose homes sustained tornado damage will be able to return to their homes Sunday. According to a press release from the City of Gatineau, families will be reintegrated in stages, CTV reported. Frightening video of the twisters that they struck has been released.
