Charlie, the quiet and friendly Husky from the Beaches, has been found. On Thursday, Charlie was located by Sophia Cottrell, a citizen who found the dog sitting with two men on the boardwalk. She asked twice without an answer if the two owned the dog. “I looked and I thought he’s an awfully big boy so I got him by the collar and I said to the two fellows, ‘Is this your dog.’”When she repeated the question, she said the two men got up and left.” She had the phone number of the owner from posters and called in the good news.
