List of developments before North York Community Council

• 111 Wenderly Dr. – The proposal consists of six four-storey townhouse units in two rows of three at Marlee Avenue and Wenderly Drive. Each unit would have a rooftop patio and there would be one shared garage.

• 713-723 Lawrence Ave. W. – This proposal would see the construction of 93 three-storey townhouse units in two rows, with one level of underground parking with a total of 97 spaces and bicycle parking for 40 bikes. The site is just west of Lawrence West subway station.

• 2795-2799 and 2801 Bathurst St. – The proposed project would include a 10-storey mixed-use residential building fronting Bathurst Street at Glencairn Avenue and two rows of four-storey townhouses.

• 53-63 Sheppard Ave. W. and 62-68 Bogert Ave. – This project would construct a 14-storey residential building with ground-floor commercial uses and four-storey townhouses for a total of 192 units along Sheppard Avenue, just west of Yonge Street.

• 3057-3067 Bayview Ave. and 1 Burleigh Heights Dr. – This would construct 22 three-storey townhouses fronting Bayview Avenue, at McKee Avenue, with a single-level underground parking garage.

• 49-51 Lawrence Ave. E. and 84 Weybourne Cres. – This proposal seeks to construct a four-storey apartment building complex that would consist of 22 residential units and a shared parking garage, just east of Yonge Street.

• 100 Ranleigh Ave. – This proposal would see the construction of a four-storey, 43-unit apartment building at Ranleigh Avenue, between Yonge Street and Mt. Pleasant Road.

• 3 and 5 Southvale Dr. – This proposal seeks to build an eight-storey residential building with 98 apartments, including 97 underground parking spaces at Southvale Drive and Millwood Road.

• 939 Eglinton Ave. E. – This proposal would construct 1,500 residential units, 2,950 square metres of retail space, 9,690 square metres of office space, 1,639 parking spaces in a four-level underground garage, a public park and a new public road just east of Laird Drive. The project would include two development parcels. The north parcel would consist of two residential towers of 19 and 24 storeys connected by an eight-storey mixed-use building, fronting onto Eglinton Avenue. The south parcel would consist of two residential buildings of 31 and 34 storeys connected by an eight-storey mixed use building to the north of the proposed new road.

• 1648-1682 Victoria Park Ave. – The application seeks to build 179 apartments in a complex of four blocks of stacked back-to-back five-storey townhouses, north of Eglinton Avenue.
