Stay of eviction for St. James campers

A judge has granted a temporary stay of the City’s eviction notice, telling Occupy Toronto campers to get out of St. James Park. A lawyer for Occupy Toronto protesters made the case. Brown will hear arguments for and against and announce a verdict by 6 p.m. Saturday, according to CBC.ca.
