Afternoon mugging at Yonge and Broadway

Toronto Police Service report: Two males, 14 years, report that on May 1, 2012 at approximately 1450 hours, they were in the area of Yonge Street and Broadway Avenue, when they were approached by a male suspect wearing a disguise. The suspect made a demand for property and punched one of the victims about the face. The suspect removed a cell phone, watch, hat and quantity of cash from the victims and fled the scene in an unknown direction. One victim sustained minor injuries, but will seek his own medical attention. The other victim did not sustain any injuries. Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described person in connection with this offence. Description of Suspect: Male, black, 17 to 19 years, 6’0”, 169 pounds, medium build, black eyes, short black curly hair.
