CTV News has captured extraordinary video of events at the birth of a baby by the side of Highway 400 It happened early yesterday morning when Carolyn Murdoch realized her baby was going to arrive early. But she was 60 or 70 miles away from home at Horseshoe Resort near Barrie with girlfriends. They tried to get her home before the birth occurred but events overtook that effort and the baby was born by the roadside. Murdoch and the seven pound boy are dong fine at Humber River Regional Hospital. Take a look.
