It’s summer and the time-honoured rituals of the Republic of Rathnelly are again on display. This happy neighborhood, which as the National Post says, hugs the Annex with one arm and Forest Hill with the other, sits west of Avenue Road and north of the CPR tracks at Dupont Street.
