A harrowing escape for a woman who runs a red light on her scooter in Ningbo, China. Centre, truck clips the scooter and turns her around. Right, she very nearly falls under wheels of the truck. But, as the ITN video here reveals, she was well enough to get up and blame the truck driver for the accident. See it here.
