Top left, the child is seen sitting on the highway as the trucks head towards her. Below, her father scrambles out of his wrecked car to grab the toddler. The narrow escape happened Sunday evening in Moscow and shows just how dangerous driving conditions can be in Russia. So dangerous, in fact, that motorists are using dashboard cameras to capture any incident for insurance purposes.
