Authorities are looking into a close call at Toronto International Airport on Monday when an airport maintenance van strayed onto an active runway where an Air Canada jet was landing. The Transportation Safety Board says the jet, a Brazilian-made Embraer 190 used for North American short hauls, narrowly missed the van.
