The long-awaited — three years actually — tree planting on the east side of South Bayview is underway today (Monday June 17, 2013). We knew those funny spray painted scribbles on the asphalt garden zones had some meaning. So far we have just the preparation phase. Fencing surrounds the tree zone. Be patient.
