Here in Toronto there has been an increase of 21 percent in August sales over those of July. Multiple Listing Service also shows increasing Vancouver sales in an astonishing 52.5 per cent year-over-year. Calgary had a 27.5 percent increase. Increases of various amounts are seen nationally.
