Ipsos Reid, generally a reliable source, say the Liberals are tightening the rate, moving up on the PCs. But it says the PCs have it all over the Libs in the category of committed voters — the ones who are determined to votre. That break-out reads PCs 41%, Libs 29% and NDP 25%.
