Brrr! Temperatures go down as clock falls back

South B-b-ayview weather had shoppers bundling up and maybe regretting they left the gloves at home. It is — as they say — well below seasonal along our favorite high street and all the other great South Bayview places like Mount Pleasant Village. It was darn cold there too. These pictures of way-too-much snow were snapped as Bulldog co-publisher Sue Byford visited Stouffville today.  The clock gets turned back an hour tonight as standard time begins. The 14-day outlook for South Bayview in November suggests that temperatures will move to seasonal levels as we approach mid-month. Saturday, November 15, for example, of projected tp see a high of 15 degrees Celisus.
BAYVIEW AT YORK MILLS
There is City construction underway on the roadway at the southwest corner of Bayview Ave. and York Mills Rd. It may be  an emergeney operation because it was happening Saturday. But the backup on York Mills was huge. Traffic soutbound was  plugged all the way north to Fife Road.
