There appeared to be eight centimetres on the ground with the morning rush hour and we may be getting more. Up to 10 centimetres of snow is expected to fall in the City of Toronto over the next several hours. Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Newmarket, Georgina, and northern York Region. Those areas could see anywhere from 15 to 20 centimetres today.  Here are school bus cancellations as published by CP24. At City Hall it appears the snow may have made enough people late for work that an early morning group picture of the new council has had to be delayed.
