For more than a year the milk bureaucrats in Ontario have been fussing away about whether Mac’s should be allowed to sell milk in three litre containers (jugs?). But now they have given up. Their rigmarole was too much even for them. Soon, three-litre jugs. Woo hoo. Ottawa Citizen
