Miss P. is about the most adorable beagle ever to be seen and is the Canadian (BC) winner of the snooty Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in Manhattan. Miss P beat out 2,700 competitors at the 139th Westminster show. Miss P’s full name is Miss Payton.
