Oliver buys running shoes to give budget a “New Balance”

Finance Minister Joe Oliver has purchased pair of New Balance running shoes to stand in Parliament and say he has balanced the budget. It is an easy pun but a good one for the 75-year-old MP from Eglinton Lawrence.
