Police say a $26,000 Rolex Sea-Dweller Deepsea watch was stolen from the change room locker at the swimming pool of the Eaton Chelsea Hotel on Gerrard Street in July. The hotel client, a 46-year-old man, called police when he returned to the locker after a dip. The watch he had placed there for safekeeping was gone. Police are requesting the public’s assistance with this investigation. If anyone knows of any person who has recently and inexplicably come into possession of the same type of watch, they are asked to contact the police.
