The Coconut Water craze — or  maybe you prefer revolution — is spinning into its second big year. Coconut Water is in fact low in calories, fat and cholesterol free, has more potassium than four bananas and is super hydrating.  Some call it “Mother Nature’s sports drink” and the demand is buoyant.  But does Coconut Water  deliver on all the promises or is it hype?
