City workers were busy Tuesday morning installing stop signs on Millwood Rd. at Randolph Rd., turning the intersection into a four-way stop. Randolph is a well-used cross-Leaside route for drivers wishing to miss the congestion of the lights at Millwood-Southvale and Millwood-Laird.
