It appears that Tokyo Sushi, which closed its doors in recent days, is about to be re-born as Hashi Sushi. The former Tokyo store at 1614 Bayview Ave. now carries a sign to that effect. It suggests a Korean influence as well. Tokyo Sushi suffered a fire last year and was many months re-opening.
