Police are seeking a taxi driver who stopped but then left the scene of an accident on the Don Valley Parkway south bound about 3 a.m. Thursday. They say he struck someone on the road. There isn’t any word of what this person was doing although it may have been some sort of maintenance. Witnesses told police the driver remained on scene for approximately 10 minutes but left before officers arrived.
