Toronto police are asking for public assistance in locating Elizabeth De Costa, 27. She was last seen on Monday at approximately 4:45 a.m. in the Dovercourt and Bloor Street West district. Ms. De Costa is described as being 5’2″, 110 pounds, thin build with tattoos on her right arm. She was last seen wearing a pink tank top, pink sheer shirt, pink leggings and tan UGG-style boots. Police are concerned for her well-being.
