Target Canada Co. has reached an agreement with its former landlords, companies like Morguard, owners of the East York Town Centre, whose leases were terminated when Target pulled up stakes and move out last year. Under the agreement, the landlords will support the company’s plan under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and presumably receive some payment.
