Man allegedly put hand in lap of woman twice say police

This picture is a capture of security video on the Bloor/Danforth line. A woman says the man seen in it put his hand in her lap twice after he sat down beside her. It happened in March at midday as the woman, 23, was heading west on the subway. The man then got off the train at Kipling Station. He is described as between 25 and 35 years-old with brown hair in a ponytail. He was seen wearing beige pants, a black jacket, brown boots and a beige baseball cap worn backwards. He was carrying a black computer bag.
