The Jumpstart Games for Girls, supported by Jumpstart Founder, Martha Billes, took place Tuesday in perfect weather on the playing field of Valley Park Middle School on Overlea Blvd. Some 350 girls across Jumpstart’s Toronto Chapters gathered to get active in the presence of many friends, especially Olympic role models Marnie McBean, three-time Canadian Olympic Gold Medalist, Rowing and Landon French, President of Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities will be available for media opportunities. The Jumpstart Games are an ongoing and very public-spirited activity of the Canadian Tire Corporation.
