As of not-quite 5 p.m. Wednesday the muse of St. Clair and Yonge as she is known to The Bulldog has one leg painted in. The abstract work created by the Sheffield area muralist Phlegm is coming into view on the west wall of the office building at the southwest corner of the much-loved junction.
