Rail Deck Park is a visionary 21-acre vision which will cover the GO tracks and railway lands from Bathurst street mo the Rogers Centre. The exciting concept was announced today by Mayor Tory and various City officials. However like a lot of nice ideas this one is still out there somewhere. A staff report on Rail Deck Park will come to Executive Committee in September. No cost estimate is available just yet, but it’s expected to be in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
