Construction at Bayview and Moore continues into the night

Friday night was an all-nighter of sorts as the reconstruction of Bayview Ave and Moore Ave continues into the darkness. Road repaving extends north to Sutherland and sidewalk construction extends north past the Hasty Market and east past Loblaw to Pottery Road. Parking is tricky. In the video above, traffic both north and southbound was compressed into the lanes on the east side of Bayview. There’s a lot of impatient horn-honking and construction workers are telling motorists stuck in the middle of the intersection on a red light to back up. What fun.
