Tweets on the official Toronto Hydro account suggest that the outage in the area bounded by Lawrence Avenue to the south, Hwy. 401 to the north, Victoria Park Avenue to the east and the DVP to the west is coming to an end. At shortly before 10 a.m. Monday the utility said 500 customers remained unserviced. It is said that underground equipment failed.
