Authorities have named Anis Amri, 24, a Tunisian migrant, as the person responsible for Monday’s bloodthirsty attack on Christmas shoppers in Berlin. Amri had been under surveillance for six months this year for potential terrorist activity. Germany rejected his application for asylum in July and attempted to deport him. Police say Amri has used at least six aliases and could be violent and armed. There is a €100,000 reward for information leading to his capture.
