Long-time tenant
The little (285 square foot) hole-in-the-wall at 465 Manor Rd. just off Bayview will soon be a computer and cell phone service shop. It is an addition which will be welcome if all reports are correct. The new tenant is said to have run a similar business in Oakville and will move in quickly. The long-time owner of the antique clock business moved out at the end of October. Rent for this postage stamp by the way was shown as $1,450 a month.
