Disturbed woman stomps on cruisers, falls inside car

Police have posted a Youtube video showing a mentally disturbed woman climbing up onto two cruisers and stomping on the hood and roof of the vehicles. In the second case, she kicks in the rear window and falls inside the car. Then she walks about the corner of Finch Ave. W. and Milady Rd. with police circling her before being taken into custody in a brief struggle. Police are praising the care with which this matter was handled. The officers were PC Christopher Lemieux and PC David Donaldson. The woman was taken to Etobicoke General Hospital. There is vulgar language on this video.

  1. Well handled by the officers. However it seems police have no partner in their car and must wait for back up. Is that standard now? The newer car crumbled.
    Is this all part of cutbacks?
