Police are piecing together the events that led to a collision between a pickup truck and a car at Dufferin Street and Steeles Avenue West early Saturday. One driver fled but was later apprehended. The other motorist was found on the pavement and taken to hospital. He is said possibly 55 or 60 years of age. Toronto police say. The early TPS Operations tweets said the injured man was in “serious” condition.
