On his Faebook page, Andy Elder of the meat shop Grill Time on Laird Drive, posts from Arizona (where he is vacationing) that his USDA ribeyes prepared Friday were perfectly marbled. Maybe, said friends, but were they sufficiently marbled? Facebook
