A line of deadly storms that spawned tornadoes and caused flooding in Texas, Missouri, Arkansas and Mississippi had claimed at least eight lives by Sunday afternoon, authorities said. The frightening weather patterns are expected to have a wet impact on Toronto weather Monday.
