The Toronto Island bicycle rental concession, a servicce known to and used by hundreds of thousands of tourists and locals over the years, will close this month. It is selling off all its bikes, including the canopied two and four-seater units.The owners have received notice from the City that the franchise has gone to a new operator. CBC
