CBC writer John Lancaster tells of a businessman who will copy electronic key fobs for condo buildings for $35 no questions asked. The practice, says Lancaster, seems entirely at odds with the practice of most condominium boards to keep tight control over access to lobbies and other common areas of their home buildings.
