Starting Monday, August 28 Toronto will introduce what it is calling an easier, more convenient process to settle parking tickets called an administrative penalty system. Disputes will be handled by the City instead of the provincial courts. A release Tuesday says a driver will be able to submit an online dispute of the ticket meaning the entire process can be completed without having to leave home. It will also be possible to have an in-person review for which an appointment may be made. News release
