Kevin Stapleford-Francalanza, 24, and Rachel Hayden, 22
Police in at least six communities across Southern and Southwestern Ontario are seeking two young people who have been on a crime spree of gasoline theft and shoplifting. They are Kevin Stapleford-Francalanza, 24, and Rachel Hayden, 22 from the Niagara Region. There are 25 incidents linked to the couple since August 18 including one on Tuesday in Niagara-on-the-Lake in which several police and civilian vehicles were damaged as the pair evaded arrest.
