Bennington Heights is seeing demolition of old homes as Spring begins. Above at left, 30 Brendan Rd. has been demolished. It sits on a superb lot with a long run to the ravine. In centre is the half-finished work done to 28 Brendan, the home seen at the right in an earlier time. Below, four separated residences have replaced two ranch style homes on the north side of Evergreen Gardens between Bayview Ave.and Evergreen Gardens Park in that quiet corner of South Bayview. .
