LAYTON SAYS WE SHOULD DO WITH LESS!

Toronto’s elaborate recycling system is breaking down. Councillors across the political spectrum from Jaye Robinson (Ward 25) to Mike Layton (Ward 19) say the inability of citizens to figure out — or act upon — the City’s instructions is a crisis. But issues such as food left in jars and plastic coffee cups (which are not recyclable) bedevil vast numbers of people. Mr. Layton says we need to do with less. Uh-huh.
