Multi-national Home Depot has made a decision to close all restaurants in its stores this fall. As reported earlier, the Harvey’s outlet in the Home Depot at 101 Wicksteed will close at the end of September. The Subway sandwich concession at the Home Depot at 7 Curity Ave. is on similar notice. Staff at Home Depot are quite apologetic about the changes and say that head office in the US has directed that such space be used to display and sell its inventory.
