Clear shots of men sought in purse thefts at downtown bars

Police have released new images of three men wanted for the theft of purses from the back of stools and chairs in downtown bars on September 6.  A number of bars and restaurants were hit. The common but dangerous practice of leaving a purse on the back of a chair in a restaurant was the key to the modus operandi. One man would create a distraction and an accomplice would wrap the purse in a jacket he was carrying. He would then leave with the purse hidden under his jacket. In some cases he would reach into the purse to take the wallet. These are seemingly pretty good likenesses.
