The SPRINT seniors care service at 140 Merton St. has been identified by Mayor Tory as one of 11 locations to be redeveloped as new affordable housing units. In a letter sent to City Councillors, Tory listed the addresses of the sites and said he is urging City officials to identify more lands that can be used for affordable housing. The sites identified are:
